  1. Yes we have it too, having a family to buy for we rack up the discounts pretty quickly. Expect food prices to go up with the price of oil.
  2. I checked real quick and it looks like they still make the stuff, just not in our area of the country. That stuff is widely known as bum wine, for a good reason. lol There are other wines that are fortified aswell that are less of a favorite with the bum's due to cost. Apparently alcohol %'s are increasing in wines over time, but it doesn't really make a huge difference unless you are drinking multiple bottles at a time, and if you are doing that, seek help..haha
  3. Culv, I think Pat was reffering to wines that have a higher % of alcohol, some as high as 17%, but most are in the 12% range. I know you were looking at averages though.
  4. Really.. you are full of crap...cut and paste the text where it validates the claims you fellas have made from the actual bill. I'll be waiting.
  5. Jusy my personal opinion, camping with babies is a pain in the arse.
  6. How very un-American of you Vjp, I'm not surprised though, it really does seem you hate our country and come acrossed as very un-patriotic and un-American the more you post this over the top stuff. Oh well if you need me I'll be in the camping section loving America.
  7. Ok, well did you bother to look at the actual bill yet and find any of the evils you have claimed are in there?
  8. Elmer, I live 20 mins south of Lake George and I have been to the Saranac area and it is absolutely better in the Saranac area. My personal fav camp site is at the base of Whiteface mtn. its called North Pole resorts, huge sites, quiet, and in the best area for hiking, fishing and what ever else you want outdoor wise. Lake George tends to draw in the high maitenence types...thats a nice way for me to say a-holes..lol I guess I'm lucky to have this area as my close to home camping spot cause its not bad for a weekend trip.
  9. Where are you guy's headed this summer? We are going to Acadia for a week in August, that will be the big one for the year, should be awesome. Then there is always the little 3-4 day weekend trips closer to home. I think we are planing on at least 4 of those type and we leave room for a random trip here and there when we can too. My whole family can't wait to go again, the camper comes out of storage in April and we will start going shortly there after.
  10. The only outfits I know of are most likely the same ones you found, the big driving RV's. Some campsite's will rent a camper but obviously it doesn't leave the site. Would that help or are you looking to be more mobile?
  11. Yes I do know what you mean, we went on our own one time with the pop up and we looked at each other and knew it would be the last trip with it..lol
  12. Well how could he work for them when they didn't exist until 4 years after he left the other orginization? There are plenty of things they bust him on their site too.
  13. Thats another thing I like about ours, its way quicker and easier than the old pop-up we had, just park it, plug it in and push a few buttons and presto! How's the sound from outside with those hybrids, that was one of our concerns.
  14. hahahaha Is there a connection between FactCheck.org and Barack Obama or Bill Ayers? None, aside from benefiting at different times from the charity of the late publisher Walter Annenberg. We are a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania and get funding from the Annenberg Foundation, created by Walter Annenberg in 1989. Ayers was one of three Chicago educators who applied for a grant from the Annenberg Foundation in 1995, which was one of 5,200 grants the foundation made during its first 15 years. That $49 million grant, plus additional funds raised locally, funded the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, which sought to improve Chicago public schools. Obama was selected by Chicago officials (not Ayers) to chair the board set up to administer Annenberg Challenge funds, and he headed it until 1999. FactCheck.org came into being in late 2003. For other details see our Oct. 10, 2008, article about Obama and Ayers, which includes a sidebar: "FactCheck.org and the ‘Annenberg Challenge
  15. Ha I'm the first one in the new section! I have a 2010 Jayco Jay Feather 28R, we love it although part of me wishes we went for the 29L with the out side kitchen. It wasn't on the lot when we went so we ended up with what we have. What do you guys have?
  16. Here is another link http://www.factcheck.org/2010/03/a-final-weekend-of-whoppers/
  17. Here is a link to the actual bill, don't be to surprised when you don't see much of the end of the world stuff you hear from some on here. http://docs.house.gov/rules/health/111_ahcaa.pdf Go ahead and look up the pages that vjp posted about back a few pages.
  18. As a patient?Dave Yes we all know there are jobs out there where you get paid to be a patient... :
  19. uh huh...so its a conspiracy theory then. Dave asked why the govt doesn't tell us whats in there..I provided a link where they do just that, pretty plain and simple.
  20. "So why doesn't the administration come out and explain what exactly is in this bill?" Did you look at all? This is just about the myths, I'm sure you could find plenty more info on the subject. http://www.whitehouse.gov/healthreform/myths-and-facts#healthcare-menu
  21. Thats what my entire family use's, Case made a good knife. Fixed blade to me any way, is easier to clean up when you are done.
  22. Its not how I look at it, its how the law looks at it, baiting is illegal here and in Cali where the Nuge got busted.
  23. "To me being disrespectful to hunting is guys that hunt the wrong way, baiting, poaching.." You realize he was busted for hunting over bait, and other things last year, don't you?
  24. Richmondville got 20 inches the other day, I would pass if I were you and wait another week. Although you could reach the branches easier being that far off the ground..lol
