great i laughed and now i'm going to hell because i still think it's funny.
-
*simba ...i was preoccupied. fixed it.

can't believe your fellow deer farmers sold out to them! you should be outraged! a co-op did a shed hunt for kids down here a while back and followed it with a cook out. i wasn't there but it was said to be a blast and the kids had a great time. no deer farm antlers were sacrificed for the event though.
-
WTF.... okay why did Simba's dad die? ...cuz he couldn't move-fasta. #baddadjokes

spill it. what's the recommendation? (i have no idea if you're serious)
-
no which Realm? I'm curious how the Realm SS is compared to the others.

you're hard pressed around here to find a property line without old fence wires between trees and half in the dirt or more often a stone wall. still don't get tickets without it Posted. for co-ops out this way that's the first thing we tell property owners.

i think it was the Georgia state record or something that was on the right when you walked into the Bass Pro Shop store just outside Altanta. it's was stupid big and looked like a blowfish it was so fat.
-
intentional ...entry is the hitch. often they claim stupidity and say they didn't realize that was where the property line was.

friends are going tonight where that came from. it's the perfect storm though to where we don't have a babysitter. normally i'd ask my brother and his other half but she's on call and he's out. he's right down the road. which is even better. list is alright but nothing i don't already have in my fridge (getmoney ipa, krush, oatmeal stout). I might have them pick up a Highball or solstice for me and a Beacon for the wife. ....the troy location has oatmeal cookie stout. never had that one before. if it's based off the regular oatmeal stout it should be fine.

dogs usually aren't cheap and easily replaced, let alone like a family member to them. that sign would be a good idea.
-
different ways dogs work. they run a coyote until they catch up to it and have it stand its ground in which you can then shoot it. they'll drive a coyote out into the open or past you enough to get a shot. depending on the coyote dog some dogs even kill the coyotes. most of the time i believe it's the second situation. they're very successful around here. there's good ones and bad ones. i have a friend i grew up with that's a good one. even if he has permission nearby he won't let his dogs loose if there's a property close by that doesn't want them there. his dogs are also pretty good about only running yotes and nothing else. too bad you're dealing with a bad group. have to get pictures of them and then you can get tickets written.

unless you're a seal. lol

one place that's not on the bucket list is false bay around seal island. i don't need a white shark coming in hot from the bottom thinking i'm lunch. cage won't help then.
-
i wish.... not any time soon i've got a house to work on. it's likely it could take multiple trips to get a white shark to come in. especially a bigger one, versus just going somewhere with smaller juveniles all over like off long island. probably given the time of year and when they're around you're flying south too. bucketlist item but very low on the priority list as my family would likely not join me. other stuff on the list would include them. not to mention i'd have to dive to a point to be proficient enough even if in a cage.

bull, tiger, hammerheads, etc are all worse than whites. they're more aggressive. bulls have the creepy link that they can do just fine in fresh water.
-
that's what the experts say. i have no grounds to say otherwise. if you watch any footage of something that a great white is convinced is food it's gone. test bites being plural i'm saying it seems to happen more than once watching documentaries and such. surf board is the classic example they've said that looks like something close to a seal from below. juvenile sharks is even more likely to get bit more than once. there's so much power there you're still screwed and could die but if you were truly food it'd be over in a second or less. blood in the water is just that but we're still not something that's associated with a normal food source. there's full sized adult white sharks that could fit your whole body in their mouth at once swimming off the east coast this very time of year. if they associated us with food it'd be readily apparent.

i passed up a Hoyt Satori last night that was just under $400. it was 55# though. i have a Super Kodiak that's 50. i really could use one with great cast that's more like 40-45 lbs at 28".

since a kid i've always liked Great White sharks. myth busters actually did an episode based on the jaws movie series. they determined that a bigger great white could actually in the right circumstances destroy a cage and get to what's inside. if one wanted to eat you it'd happen. any injuries are test bites to see if you're a fat juicy seal. still it's on my bucket list to go shark diving with a great white. deep blue is probably the most popular based on her size. another is Mary Lee tagged by Ocearch (see link below). Her last ping was near long beach a couple years ago but the batteries in her tracker probably died she was well over 15ft and a couple tons too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=234&v=WdHtlvHIcGE http://www.lakecommandos.com/worlds-largest-circle-hook/

it's not all bad but neither was the SafeAct. overall both are garbage and wouldn't have changed what happened. limos are already expensive, costs of doing business are just going to create higher rates. it's likely to lead to more of a chance of driving while under the influence whether lit or not, slightly impaired is sometimes enough.

What would you pay for this snowmobile?
dbHunterNY replied to mowin's topic in ATV's , UTV's, Dirtbikes & Snowmobiles
don't trade it in. dealer won't give you anything for it. for the money you'll get it's a private land only give kids a ride to the top of the toboggan hill. that and to just get around a property with a bunch of snow where a wheeler will have a hard time. this is a smart buy. newer sleds around here to ride on state trails is just flat out expensive. maintained right that sled will last forever. those fan motors haven't changed in years because they're bulletproof. -
that's tragic.

i forgot to mention she has friends.

not sure what the situation is for the branch to the south but if you folks down that way aren't having much luck getting it from them feel free to contact me (Upper Hudson River Valley branch). We've setup a spot to receive and store seed for this region of NY. I can meet anyone in Albany not far from I-87/I-90 exit 24 for seed pickup during week days. I did so for some last year.
