you should find the housing sleeve really nice for adjusting pin brightness as it approaches sun up to last light or other way around. be sure to use blue lock tight on the hardware.

For anyone looking for rifle powder Natchez shooters supply has Hogdon superperformance "hornady" powder in 8 lb jugs in stock. Load data is limited for this but can check their reloading data center for your cartridge. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

Had to use up some chicken quarters on sale for $.99 / lb plus a discount. Wife already hijacked half of it prior. Put what was left in bbq marinade for a few days. Then hickory smoked / roasted on the propane grill to 168 well within an hour. It was a quick dinner prep otherwise I would've smoked in the actual smoker for several hours real low. Still came out good though, life obligations are killing my smoking endeavors. lol Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

pretty much the reason we don't have one right now because it'd be too much with a 6 yr old and a 1.5 yr old for kids too. if i was older and retired a dog was just come with us.

Weird photo quirks from phone and using tapatalk with it.... Sig Sauer P226 Elite Scorpion. It has some "bells and whistles" but a crisp light trigger in single action with a short reset. First shots were close and to body so the first stiffer and longer DA pull was easy to deal with. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

Went through about 75 rounds of 9mm. Lots of double tap body targets, had a solo run at a dueling tree, and rack of varying size steel gongs. Fewer participants this week so it met more scenarios for those that were there as we finished them faster. Fortunately I'm burning $0.20 per rnd ammo I've acquired way before this craziness. Shot in an action pistol shoot yesterday. Tons of fun. Had reactive steel, pop up and swinging targets, and static cardboard silhouettes. Had a handful of different stages. Didnt do bad at all but need to get used to them requiring muzzle level vs down especially when on the move. Wish I had more pictures. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

I've got 2 setups for future hunting with my kids or brand new shooters. I've got a youth stocked 7mm-08 with a good amount of reduced recoil ammo. Been used by a couple guy adults with great results. Added a slip on recoil pad to increase length of pull so it'd fit them. One was very recoil shy and did great. As last ditch effort I have an AR or super heavy varmint rifle chambered for 223 and federal fusion 62gr bonded ammo. AR lop is short but varminter not as much. Varmint rifle kicks like a 22lr though with its weight. Those two chamberings will both work but 223 is getting real light. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

We had one in a banquet. The polymer trigger guard bothers me way more than it should. Without doubt it was a nice rifle though. I'll keep an eye out. Just called a contact out here and none available. No idea what might become available. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

When I build my arrows I index and spin test them with broadheads even after I've squared up shafts at both ends. It just makes a mess with insert glue and head binding to the shaft. Also I feel when you hit things that are hard it's not as robust of a design to maintain alignment as a traditional insert especially with some insertable replacement blade fixed heads where the blades need something really solid behind them. Traditional inserts in just think protect the end of the carbon fiber shaft better. I'd be more inclined to go with an outlet vs hit insert. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

I'd take moog up on the offer. Hha makes great sights. I like mine as well. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

Is ammo availability gonna affect your hunting season?
dbHunterNY replied to venus's topic in Deer Hunting
I've got same amount I'd have on hand any other season. About 60 rounds of each bigger caliber and piles of the other stuff like 223, 9mm, 22LR etc. That I shoot high volume varmint hunting or competition with. No change but if I find more 30-06 I'll buy it. This fall in Kentucky I was planning on brining two rifles chambered differently anyway. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk -
Looks great to me. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

No way. Doesn't look like a 50 cal SLAP tracer but just watched the dude from Kentucky Ballistics blow himself up shooting old surplus ammo similar to that. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

Managed to get in a mow before dark. Side yard at 0.5x zoom. I've got some spots that could use reseeding. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

Get the keg home safe and don't scratch the paint. Sorry daughter. It'll be put back. Lol beer is from Crossroads out of the catskills. No idea what the hell weeping radish was but it's not what's in the keg. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

When I Google "cooking" it by its name otoro I basically get nothing other than how to cut it for sushi or sashimi and eat it raw. I'm thinking cooking it might be sacrilegious to others. I believe you can smoke anything though. Grilled it rare to medium rare before but want to try something different. Maybe more of a low temp cold smoke I'm thinking. Local micro brewery that's in such high demand they have pick one morning per week with limits and wait lines. Looks they're doing a collaboration with otherhalf which would mean something knocked out of the park. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

I have my last slab of blue fin tuna belly to smoke. Anyone have any recipes? Stuff isn't easy to get so I don't want to screw it up. It's sushi grade. Melts in your mouth and has marbling like a ribeye so it's not like I have to cook it to any temp for safety. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk

Sampling some beer to order in a keg for brother's batchelor party. I think the Crossroads is gonna take it. Ruby Red is good but will be too Shandy like for some. Sent from my SM-G781V using Tapatalk
