  1. Very nice looking...I'd be excited if those were showing up at my spots...thx for sharing.
  2. The property we hunt is routinely used for atv recreation throughout the year. The deer are in no way spooked by them. Usually when you come across a deer while riding, it'll run a few feet into the brushline, stop and watch you go by. If you stop and leave it running they'll just look at you. If you stop and shut it off, then they get spooked...
  3. Not sure if there are others in your family, but the ATV thing can be addicting....especially if you have a decent place to ride...I started with one and no trailer. These days I've had up to 6, now 4, and a 24' trailer to haul them around.... We also go on atv specific vacations...Maine, West Virginia...my family loves them... Good luck to you.. Around our camp during the season, I use mine to get up on top of the mountain. Then park it and walk a few hundred yards into the stand. The walk up would be grueling and make plenty of sweat/odor. I also have used it to recover my deer.
  4. After reading your itinerary it sounds like you will need that MANcation after that vacation...lol Good luck and have fun. That's about all that matters.
  5. We've had a multitude of 4-wheelers over the last few years...from as many as 6 to the current 4 we have now... 2010 Polaris Sportsman 550 X2 2009 Polaris Sportsman 800 X2 2007 Yamaha Grizzly 350 2004 Polaris Predator 50 As a family we love to hit the trails. We use them for 4-wheeling, hunting and general transportation while camp hopping up on the hill. We've been riding in Maine and we are hitting the Hatfield McCoy trails in WV next month...
  6. Thank you for the welcome guys.
  7. Greetings. Longtime lurker, first time poster. Right now I'm a big game rifle hunter and turkey hunter. I hope to find the time and get the bow class knocked out finally so I can add to my time in the woods. I hunt with my son(15yo) or a close work buddy in Delaware County. We are also avid ATVers. I enjoy the site and info it provides. Hopefully I'm able to make a contribution. Thanks for having me.
