  1. For the record, i give 0 shits about it if true.
  2. ok ill be that guy, is it still technically illegal to leave cams on public land? lol.
  3. I’m down to about 40lbs or venison left, plan is to go after a buck in the mornings, smack some does closer to home after the wife gets home and I can sneak out back of my house. Not many big bucks there but a mess of doe and fawns.
  4. Summit makes pouches you can attach, I just bring my small pack when using climber.
  5. oh shit i never even thought about practicing with the fireball in my cheek.
  6. My son picked 47 yard shot tonight. I like it.
  7. Work 8pm-4am, can hunt any morning or evening I want!
  8. Warm days i'm only shooting one of my shooter bucks. if i'm gonna sweat my ass off dragging its going to be for a damn good reason. i can shoot does any day of the week in my one spot, literally can drive up to them, get out and they don't run.
  9. 28 yards, full hunting setup with Magnus black hornet.
  10. Climber, hang and hunt, hangons, I bring my hang and hunt xop and put it above the ladder stands cause I hate bow hunting out of a ladder.
  11. I will be using Hornaday black (6.5 grendel 123 grain) on deer this year, multiple forums and gelatin test show very similar to sst.
  12. always have a few rubs in mid sept.
  13. 5 shots 45 yards, one Flier. Coincidentally the “shot of the day” was the best shot as it was my first.
  14. Jetsled, big deer go on the hitch cargo basket. Does go in the truck bed.
  15. Oct 1, work 8p-4a now. Have a covered stand too.
  16. I’m getting a ton of day pics now probably 80%
  17. Rough up the ground in a spot with a good licking branch, pee in it. They work for cams, although rarely kill deer over them.
  18. Nice, I built a 6.5 Grendel AR for deer this year for $300 (plus optics and sling). Tac driver!
  19. I’d highly suggest an elite solid limb bow if you want let off. I’m a 27” draw( would be 26.5 in hoyt or Matthews) 65 lbs. I shoot an e 32. The solid limbs can be had $300-$400 New now.
  20. Years ago when I was new to bow hunting I had a spike doing that, literally jumping around in the woods like an idiot. I killed him.
  21. I’d hunt oaks in the morning and apples in the evening.
