My Labrador is barking at pretty much any noise. She’s sitting by the door often. I swear this dog knows something is not quite right. On a non related note, damn dog was snoring her ass off the other night. I woke her up multiple times, tried to get her to adjust her head. No luck.... made me think of an x girlfriend hadn’t thought of in years... Anyone else see this behavior, not snoring, in their pet?

This is hands down the best sausage I’ve eaten. No need to smoke though I’m thinking that for my next batch. 11 lbs meat. Venison or pork or bat or snake if that floats your boat. 75grams (2/3 cup) “flower pepper” . The American version of this was used long ago by dentists as a numbing agent. 75 grams chilly pepper. Use whatever you like here. Cayenne or whatever 125 grams salt. I don’t use this but recipe calls for. 50 grams sugar 50 grams bai jui. This is loosely translated to white cooking wine. But it’s a high alcohol content. There is a specific product in Asian grocery stores. Assume amazon has it as well but have not,looked. dash or pinch of five spice powder dash or pinch of white pepper if you feel real brave, something called “chicken extract”. Basically chicken bouillon, dash or pinch. above are guidelines. More or less as desired. Mix all above with meat. Let soak 12-24 hours. Then stuff into casings. Note this recipe does not call for cure. Add cure as desired. Enjoy!

Jaw dropping really. I will say this is not representative of all of China. FYI I’ve wandered through China and gone to many many local markets. China lied in the beginning but after, the writing was on the wall for those to interpret. I sadly bought I to the no worse than a flu theory, as did many others. We really need to learn the lessons from China. On another note there is a lab in NYC that has a test for anti bodies. Much the same as the finger prick test in China. Note I think this to be true but my medical knowledge is limited. They are apparently able to ship this to other medical labs. Like it or not... it’s already upstate. You think anyone wants this to spread? The front line is moving in this “war” on US soil... Our front line soldiers and facilities, ie medical people and hospitals, seem to be getting over run. I hope for yours and others sake this doesn’t spread much past where it is now. If the facilities where you are become overrun such as it appears in NYC area, you should hope others around you don’t share your same attitude. The answer is lock down medical facilities. Enforce strict measures to make sure disease does not leave. As squirrel whisperer said medical people took an oath. Actually I seem to be the only one thinking this is not a good thing. Here is my logic. Minimal testing and telling everyone to stay home. Think you have it? STAY HOME. Act like you do have... tell the people who think they have it whatever steps you would say with a positive test. getting worse? Arrange to go to hospital. I don’t get everyone rushing to be tested.

If it’s under the damn roll gets stuck usually. On top I pull and it rolls the way it’s supposed to. I actually won this battle with mrs bundy.
