We all agreed that this was our last year. I already joined a smaller lease that was a lot cheaper from a private individual.

Bob and Cotton Hanlon have been great to deal with, I should have stated that in my reply.We lost members and couldn't.t recruit anyone so the remaining members have to make up the difference which in turn becomes very expensive.

We lease land from them and they are expensive.Our lease is up this year and we are not renewing.Every time you go to renew your lease they jack the price up.
