    Nothing for me this evening. My nephew got a doe down the road on state. Had deer all over him right before the wind and rain. I jumped two by the tower coming out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Checked out a couple spots I’ve been wanting to look at on state down the road mid day. The one a dud, the other I jumped a deer right off and was not prepared lol.     Sat in the climber up on top from 6am to noon and zip, not a lot of shooting and not very many hunters in the state we hunt. Probably the smart ones! Now up out back till dark. Lot warmer here at 44 but some swirly wind. Congratz on all the nice deer taken! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    7 minutes after legal for first shot here way off. 11 minutes until one within relative distance. Louder than heck getting in. 25 degrees up top with a dusting. Of course 5 minutes before legal I see a flashlight and someone set up down behind me smh. Not many shots so far. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    11/19 am 35 Sat for 1.5 hours in the tower this morning as it was snowing and blowing. Had a fisher chasing mice in front of me at 10 feet. That was very cool. pm 40 Sat for 2 hours in the Stone stand out back. A big fat zero. I did pull cards today here and very slow but di have a non seen before shooter cruise through one night.

    After morning sit headed an hour south to slip in and out and set up my stand. 10 degrees colder and snowing up top. Hope we get into some. There be folks driving by 8-9 I’m sure so hopefully they get the deer moving that I haven’t shot by then! Back home now up in the tree I shot my buck at and sending out the early bow season.     Just had a fisher chasing mice 15 feet from me. He got one. Then he pushed out a fat rabbit who sat in front of me at 12 yards. I was tempted but I was hoping to see him come outa the thicket after it lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Not sure how some of you guys have not anything, even a bottle of water. My 2 hour sit may turn to 9 or I may set off on a track or be tracking a hit deer. Or kill one and drag it a mile without a sip of water.....nope. Or you get hurt and don't even have clean water to rinse a wound.....I am always prepared lol. The rest of you city slickers......

    Yea my cams have been slow just like my deer sightings. With the rain called for this morn I slept in for a recharge and hope to slip out for the last hour or two as the temps fall if, its drier. I am off Friday so one last day for bow and pick a spot for Sat gun.

    Am hunts i pack a coffee and a granola. I always have a bottle of green tea too. Pm I may do a hot cider. If I'm all day add a sandwich and some jerky. Eatind at least something also helps keep your body temp u[p and alertness.

    Congratz to your son Cabin!! Hell yea I'd be getting down for my son or daughter to share in that experience every time. It's better than shooting one yourself by a longshot!!
