Never been a fan of revollvers look. Maybe an old Colt or Ruger but anything from the past century na.

I do a bit of saw work just around the home property. I always have steel toe boots, jeans, long sleeves, gloves and safety glasses. I dont do the helmet/shield or chaps. I guess one of these days chaps would be a smart move. I have had chains come off hundreds of times but never break. I don't wear hearing protection sawing. It isn't near as loud as the music I listen too, I doubt the time weighted db avg is a concern for me. Amount of time at high throttle is pretty limited.

Busy day off. Took the daughter on a college tour to SU. Went to lunch at Phagans with my niece who is a student there. That brought back memories of the 80's lol. Got home and ran the boat out to the marina for some service. Got home and planted a couple apple trees and then cut a 4 wheeler trail through the gully in my next door lot. That was fun. I ran it a few times and will need to cut a few more trees or my son will tear up the 4 wheeler for sure lol. Now for some cold beers!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I agree the owners need an ass kicking not the dog usually. Take some junky old wood salad bowl and rub bacon all over it and put cams on it where they are roaming your property. Then sue the owners for the $30,000 piece of priceless artwork their dog just chewed up!!

My son is down in Hilton Head and then to Florida on Spring break so he will miss youth season. We are pretty poor trukey hunters though so maybe we will get out in May and get lucky. I am going out on the mountain bike here in a bit to scout some state land fields before dark just to see whats about. That is a nice looking gun. I picked up the boy the Mossburg combo last year.

Since I have actually never even had a shot at a spring bird I have not thought that far ahead lol!! I like to breast out the bird and make little fillets dip in flour w/salt and pepper and fry. But I will say some smoked bits would be worth a try!

Still waiting for new blades in the mail and fuel filter. Back lawn is real wet still. No way I'm mowing any stripes!! lol My lawn is natural, I don't have grass, I have clover, dandalines, strawberries, moss and about every weed in the world!!! I live in the woods it ain't Candlestick Park!! I just like that my one neighbor mows when his lawn is like a foot tall so mine always looks good!!

We get our pumped every 4 years. Still have bad shit happen at times. One of the kids dropped rocks down the vent pipe when they were little and caused a blockage one year. 43 years thats a lotta shit!

I gotta dig out the Scag and sharpen/replace blades, grease, check/change fluids yet....... I flipping hate lawn care!! Once ya get that first cut in its mow mow mow for 6 weeks!

Good article. I am 50 this year and when I started at 14 up in the Dacks the hunting was tough. There was not the big antler chase there is now. Folks admired a bigun but also respected all the harvests and gave congratz and meant it. Society in general is way different now. Each year it is more a me me me movement. And TV, internet, smart phone..reality TV it is all about look at me. Most of us are guilty of adding to some of it. I just wish we could slow it down lol.

That is true, but the crap way Dodge handled it back then lost me. Steve863, Neither Chevy nor GMC has given me any issue I would call problematic. Neither did my Nissan. The Dodge yep. Ford I would love to try but not worth the huge price diff between the two.

Nice looking trucks!! I will be looking for a new one this fall. Mine is a 2010 Silverado with 60-70 thousand miles on it. I trade in every 6 years or so. I have had Chevy and GMC last two trucks and can't complain at all. For what they were in price compared to Ford....8-9 grand cheaper Chevy all the way. The only issue I have had is the stupid tailgate lock and mechanism like 3 times now. I will never get Goodyear tires what junk!! My last two trucks I made the dealer swap out. I have Bridgestone Dueler on this and they have been on it since I got it and they have a bunch of tread left. Stupid Aluminum rims suck though! I had a Dodge prior and when the tranny grenaded on it 500 miles after the waranty stopped I was not going back there. I had a Nisson before that and what a beast that truck was. I have driven the Toyota and Nissn in our work trucks and both nice but I try to stay American brands these days. I know none are made here totally and Nissan and Toy make some here but the profit money goes out of the country. Not sure what i will end up with.

Nice haul!! My hand is sore just looking and thinking of filleting all those!! I would get over it though real quick!!
