Yikes! You get up about the time i go to bed lol. I hit the sack 1am-2am most nights. Alarm goes off at 8:15am on work days. I have been out twice. Once in the woods at 7 and once at 6 lol. I could probably get up earlier if I actually had any decent turkey spots, maybe.

They are called "Mans best friend" for a reason. Sorry for your loss. A good pup is a strong bond and more reliable than most folks.

the gearlobo site is unusable, all it does is keep asking for non robot codes. Annoying.

The only hunting show I really watch. I love his passion for preparing, cooking and eating the game. The enjoyment he shows in spending time hunting with others. I feel he would be a great companion on a hunting trip.

Excellent adventure and thanks for sharing. You tell a good story!! That is some beautiful country and great pics. Never went on any "Big trips" hunting with my Dad. We did do Canada fishing once. And a bunch of local deer and overnight north country deer. His age does not let him hunt anymore now. I have started taking my son, now 17, on some trips as you only live once. We have done Georgia gator, Florida hog and North Carolina white tails twice. He turns 18 this year and am already thinking on what we may do this year virus permitting.

I must say that is quality looking smoked meats. The bacon, shanks and Kielbasa look professional.Nice beer choice too!

Sorry to hear Wooly. Sounds like you are ahead of it. One thing for all you guys to not forget is your dog can pick them up roaming in the yard and wander inside and the tick bails because the dog has a Sorento or some other tick repellent. The tick then looks for a new host, you. I swear the last two ticks I have had I had not been in the woods for days. I finally figured out the dog most likely brought them. I do not use over the counter tick meds on the dog. The Sorento we think was causing her neurological issues as we have a couple friends with similar problems. We use a home remedy on her. She has had lyme for many years and had it taken care of but still shows the markers. I hate ticks
