Its crazy to me that 9/11 was 20 years ago. I remember that day so vividly.....I had been in a motorcycle accident and was at home healing up when my buddy Steve dropped by and asked if i was watching TV. I wasn't but turned it right on. I watched with horror, anger, sorrow and felt helpless. It was a beautiful day but the darkest day of my life. I worked for MetLife at the time and new several people that worked down there. Thankfully I didn't know anyone that perished but still feel sorrow and anger for those that did. My daughter is 16, she will never know the feelings of that day. Hopefully she never will. My friend Steve that stopped by that day had been out of the Army for a couple years. He said that morning he was going back in and did exactly that. Thank you to him and all like him. Later that day i went with another friend to pick up his new Chevy Blazer ZR2. It seemed like the world was surreal. Everyone went out of their way to be extra friendly. If only we could get back to the unity we felt as a country that day and the months beyond. So much has changed...... Lets make sure we all take a minute to remember where you were, what you were doing and your feelings that day. Remember those that were lost, the hero's of Flight 93 and all those that fought for our freedom.... NEVER FORGET!!

Every service member and veteran i know would take Trump 100 times out of 100 over Biden. So i guess since you didn't vote for him, you don't support our troops.... I will take action over words any day of the week....

I think almost all of us have said that he was an idiot that should have kept his mouth shut, head down and kept working for the American people. Doesn't mean his policies weren't great for this country and i would welcome him back in a nano second...

Good for you! You can always take her with you...... I took my daughter when she was old enough to climb a ladder. Lots of memories (for me atleast) but i think i screwed up because we never saw anything and she lost interest.....Is that in the Nature Preserve?

Figured i would update this, Things have moved pretty quickly and as well as we could ask so far. My Mom had surgery that went well last week. Got word yesterday that all of the biopsy of her lymph nodes came back clean. She will find out if she needs radiation next week but so far it is all best case scenario...... Thank you for all the prayers....

The two clubs i belong too have gates put up for any landowners that want one until the season opens. The club has a key and so do the land owners.

How am i supposed to answer that? I have no idea what the plan was but a 5 year old could have come up with a better one. If i was in charge we would have kept a base there so i guess to you that would mean we were there forever.

I belong to a couple snowmobile clubs. They bend over backwards to keep any landowners happy. My inlaws have the a trail that goes through their farm. Its been going through there for years and years with no issues. People from the club come through in the very early spring, take down trail markers and clean up anything that may or may not have been left for a snowmobiler. While I agree, people can be sued for anything, you are protected from lawsuits. The club will gladly put up any signs you request from speed limits sign, noise signs, stay on trail signs, crops planted signs etc. The deer won't care at all. Snowmobiles have been going through there for however long the owner has allowed. I see more deer on my snowmobile than i ever do doing deer season. I wouldn't be afraid to do it, talk to the club, give them your stipulations....but keep in my it only takes 1 @ssclown too l ruin something good. So if you want to avoid that.....that is your decision.....

I have had my SD card removed but the camera left. No $35 bucks left for me....I feel cheated....

I don't know if we should have stayed in Afghanistan forever.....Not sure what it would have hurt to keep Bagram and a force in the middle of the $hit show over there. But a 5 year old could have made the decision that if we were pulling out, you pull out civilians, equipment AND THEN the military. How Biden screwed the pooch on this is boogles the mind. We have become a laughing stock. Even the French military is in there getting their people out....
