  1. My Dad and I have such different Tastes I don't ever see that being an issue for me.....
  2. Surprised someone hasn't jumped on this for a bow for their older kid or someone just getting started....
  3. My wifes was the inline 6 cylinder. I know they went to a 4 cylinder Turbo that from what I read wasn't quite as smooth. I have no idea what year they changed but I know my wifes didn't have the 4 cylinder.
  4. Beauty!! I love all the trash!!!
  5. Damn, here is my number since nobody on this forum has it 555-1212....Alternate is 555-2121....area code 518
  6. My wife had the same car only blue. I think hers was 2012. It was a fun car to drive and was pretty decent in the snow. I wanted to puke when the Nav/Radio screen crapped out in it. That was super expensive repair bill. No other problems with it....We traded it with 90k on it.
  7. My boat is insured through State Farm with my Auto's, home, snowmobile etc. I am not sure what it costs alone, its one big bundle that I pay 1 bill for monthly. I remember when I insured it I was only going to get liability but the cost for Collision/comprehensive was so little I felt it was stupid not to take it.... Good Luck with the boat!
  8. I think the public boat launch can be the most aggravating place on the planet. I now avoid them like the plague. I have been boating since I could drive and my Dad would let me take our 15' Sportcraft with a 60 horse merc on it out with my friends. I have seen it all. Boat still strapped to trailers. People forgetting their plug, ( I did this once myself ) taking 50 tries to back in. Trying to start their boat that won't run while blocking the ramp. People getting all their gear ready while right in everyones way. And my favorite is all the people that put their trailer in the water way to far so the back of the boat is still floating when they pull out. Then they can't figure out why the boat is totally crooked so they back in and try again. Over and over again. None of these things would be that bad in themselves if people were humble about it, but it is always the most arrogant ahole that is having a problem, blocking everyone else. I will only use a public launch now on a weekday evening....I will gladly pay the money to a private person to not start or end my day aggravated.
  9. I can't answer for other people but Big Game hunting is more popular for me. To me it has everything to do with the excitement of seeing deer. Even if is just a mother and fawn it is exciting to me to see them, ad to that "buck fever" and all those other feeling involved in deer hunting and nothing in small game hunting even comes close.
  10. Big day for Birthdays!! Hope all you guys have a great day!!
  11. I know some other people said it but my hair started itching the second I started looking at that pic..... I must be the only one with a teenage daughter because I am pretty sure there is a tic toc app for videos or something...That's what I thought this thread was going to be about...
  12. I really can't believe this past with some many NYers opposing it.....Hopefully they pay for the support for this in the next election....
  13. Love seeing all the land work pics. You are always improving something!!!
  14. I am not the person to ask but why aren't there minnows in the larger pond? Did the Bass run out of food?
  15. Nice shot! The collars are the reason I don't like rage. I don't know how many times I would look at my nocked arrow and a blade would be hanging when using Rage. I switched to NAP Killzones and haven't looked back. I really like that head....
  16. Sorry Grampy. I was wrong....I went back and looked at a post I made about it and it was Hornady....
  17. I had that issue with my .308 when I was Nosler ballistic tips.....Right through, never expanded. I went back to Fusion.... Edit: It was not Nosler Ballistic Tips it was Hornady Superperformance BT's
  18. Interesting....Thanks for posting that TF....I don't know anything about snakes....
  19. I don't know my snakes at all, but if that is a garter snake, why is the head triangular? I see garter snakes all the time and have never seen a triangular head. I am pretty sure the garter snake is the only snake I have ever seen. I always thought triangular head meant stay the hell away....When they puff up does the shape of the head change?
  20. I have taken several deer with a 12 GA slug before rifle was allowed and then went to a .308. Never hunted with anything else.
  21. Awesome.....Really looks like a heck of a deal......Congrats on the new toy!
  22. That's a great idea too...I haven't been there since I was a kid.....That Alpine slide was pretty awesome from what I remember....
