  1. Update: I am meeting with a few interested people on Sunday(4/26) at 9am. Please PM me for details if you are interested in joining. I am hoping to find a few more people to be able to hold on to this lease, in my opinion it is a great diverse fun place to hunt. I am hoping to keep it long term. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Update: The land is still available for me to lease, however there is another interested party. I am willing to meet with anyone who is interested in viewing the property this weekend (4/25 - 4/26). PM me for details and please include when you could meet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Update: I have a voice mail out to the lease broker checking availability of the lease as I was unable to make the yearly payment of 3/31. He was going to give me a couple of weeks to pay, but haven't heard back from him yet. Once verified, I will work with those interested to meet, ideally at the lease so I can show you around. I will let you know when I hear back from the broker. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. If anyone is interested please PM me this weekend. I need to make a payment soon, but will let the lease go if there isn't enough interest. As of now I have my core group of four, and two who are interested. Thank you! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. There is one spot with hookups for a camper. Another camper or two could be placed at the camp spot on the map possibly. The camp could also be cleaned out and used. Apparently it has six bedrooms but it would take a lot of work to get it "camp" ready. 6 of us hunted about 1/3 of the property. It borders state land as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I have the option to lock the lease in for the next three years. Stands and ATV's are fine, there are some established trails throughout at least half the property. There is a spot to drop a camper, I believe it has all the necessary hookups, it is about a half mile from the property. No antler restrictions by state, we did not impose any last year as a group. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I do still have openings. Can you be more specific about the rules you would like to know about? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I currently have 6 members on the lease agreement. I believe three or four are not returning for various reasons this year they range from health to financial issues. I am looking for a total of 8 to 10 total. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I am looking for 4-6 hunters who would be interested in joining my group. We currently have an all season lease in New Berlin, NY. The land has approximately 125 acres of field's that had corn planted throughout last year. The rest of the property is a variety of hardwood with some swampy areas to elevated ridges. Responsible ATV use is allowed. This is a great hunting property and there are plenty of turkey and deer for the taking. Please let me know if you are interested, the approximate cost will be between 400-600 depending on total members. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Has anyone leased land through a company called Forecon, Inc. they seem to be legitimate but any confirmation would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
