  1. Hello. I have two large hunting leases available for this fall. They are both on Rawson Road between Rushford and Cuba, right on the Allegany/Cattaraugus County line. There is a 287.5 acre lease offered at $6,325 per full year, and a 426 acre one offered at $7,668 per year. This would be for exclusive rights for one entire calendar year. The leases will be sold according to the following rules: If interested, email me and ask for a map. I will send you a detailed aerial photo with the property lines sketched in. I can't give you a tour. You may show yourselves around the property, and contact me at: [email protected] if interested. I will take no phone calls until you have actually seen the property. I get a lot of tire kickers selling hunting leases, and can't spent that amount of time on the phone. If you want to lease either one, we will have a written agreement that spells out all of the terms. Those terms include: - Exclusive hunting rights. -You may have as many people hunt as you like, but all hunters must sign the lease. -No camping -ATVs may be used only for putting up stands or extracting downed game. -Only commercially sold tree stands may be used -Absolutely no nails or screws in the trees. Both leases are for the same large dairy farm. I have sold many leases for them, but these two are the only two that I have personally hunted. There is a very good population of deer and turkey. Being located so close to the main farm, these parcels have been patrolled for years and trespassers have been dealt with strictly. So you will not have the problems with neighbors here that you might on other pieces of land. Everybody knows who this land belongs to and what the consequences are for trespassing. The 426 acre lease has a large swampland on part of it, as well as planted fields and an oak laden hilltop. So it would appeal to waterfowl hunters as well as upland game. Either lease would provide you and your group with some exciting with little interference from outsiders. Let me know if you'd like to have a look! I am a professional forester. 2. Hello. I have a hunting lease available in the Town of Portage, Livingston County, NY. We are offering 112.6 acres of forest land the exclusive hunting rights for a party of any size. The way I structure these leases is as follows - if you are interested in looking at it, email me and I will send you a detailed areal photo. Then you can go look at the property yourself. If the land suits your needs, you can email me again, I send you a written lease agreement. I get a lot of "tire kickers" when I sell hunting leases, so I will not take any phone calls until you have already looked at the land and have decided you want it. I can not give you a tour of the property. It is a "race to the finish line" to come through with a check and contract, at which time I will take down this ad. This is the only lease I currently have available. The lines are marked. The driveway in is good for even a car. You may only use factory made tree stands. You may not damage any trees - by way of step screws or clearing shooting lanes. There is nowhere to make a feed plot, but there is a small agricultural field on the land. You may not camp there, nor use ATVs. To quote the landowner - "If they're not man enough to walk, theyre not man enough to hunt my land!" The lease must begin October 15 because that is when the last tenant's lease expires. But it will end Oct. 15 of next year. You will have first right of refusal to renew should you so choose. I have not hunted this land, but know it very well as I am a consulting forester and have done extensive work in and around this land. (My website is www.pcforestry.com). I know firsthand that wild game abounds here. The forest land is primarily oak and the acorns draw the deer and turkey in. There is field, forest, water, food and cover on this acreage. 3. All the leases have been sold. I can't figure out how to delete this post. Can somebody show me how?
  4. Hello. I am selling 81.49 acres of undeveloped land just west of the village of Farmersville. It has frontage on Route 98, and is handy to Farmersville State Forest, Hardwood Lake, Case Lake, Rushford Lake, and Lime Lake. Totally wooded, softwood plantations and hardwood patches. There are a couple of driveways and some ATV trails. You may use the attached map to go have a look. The property lines aren't marked, so you must have map and compass skills or at least a working GPS. Email me at [email protected] if you are interested in making a purchase offer.
  5. They are at the corner of Lyndon Center Road and North/South Center Road. Email me through my website and I will send you an areal photo map if you want to go look.

  8. Hello. I have nine hunting leases available for sale. They are located on farm properties throughout the southern tier. They are as follows: Town of Rushford, Allegany County - 58 acres @ $500/year Town of Farmersville/Rushford - 123 acres @ $1,050/year Village of Houghton, Allegany County - 108 acres @ $800/year Town of Rushford - 120 acres @ $1,800/year Town of Angelica/Amity, Allegany County - 319 acres @ $2,000/year Town of Rushford - 413 acres @ $2,500/year Town of Belfast, Allegany County - 85 acres @ $500/year Town of Lyndon, Cattaraugus County - 247 acres @ $1,200/year Town of Lyndon, Catt. Co - 426 acres @ $12,000 per year (comes with cabin) You may contact me with which parcels you are interested in, and I will send you a detailed areal photo. You can show the land to yourself at your convenience, and let me know if you would like to sign a lease. I do not make much money from selling these leases, so you must rely on your own map and compass skills to find your way around. The rules that go along with each lease are as follows: The leassor is buying exclusive rights for one full year for all wild game seasons beginning at the time of the signing. As many people as care to hunt are allowed, but all hunters must sign the lease. No tree damage is allowed - no cutting of trees or driving nails or screws into them is allowed. No camping is allowed (except for the one in Lyndon with the cabin). ATVs are permitted only for the placement of tree stands or for the extraction of downed game. The leassor may put his own posted signs up on the property lines. (Many of the parcels are already posted). You will be given first option to renew should you care to continue hunting there after the first year. I am a professional forester and have sold many of these hunting leases in the past. My website is at: www.pcforestry.com There is plenty of time for you to find yourself a hunting spot in time for turkey season!
