    Just walking around now checking cams 6 new scrapes have popped up in the last few days. They are getting more active.

    First "shooter" buck ive gotten on camera. Plus 1 i hope makes it till next year, and a bonus Thanksgiving day dinner.

    Ended up seeing 3 differant bucks and a doe and fawn. Not bad for a hour and half sit. No just need to see some BIG bucks. Crappy pic of the 6&7pt.

    Just got out for a quick sit. In a tri pod stand on the edge of my soy bean field. Got to the base of the stand and there was a 4 pt 25 yards away. I grunted at him so he would leave so i could climb up. Hope his granpa wants beans tonight.

    We have Shelby who is a 10.5 year old husky/ Norwegian elkhound mix. Shes our first baby, before kids. Shes more of a house cat than a dog at her age. We bought Cuda to give her a friend to play with. They get along but hes quite hyper compared to her. And then theres Cuda he is 16 month old Belgian Malinois. He is a crazy dog but loves layin on the couch at the end of the night with you.

    Well came out for a quick 1 hr sit and i have a yote barking non stop 75 yards away maybe...need to kill him!

    Goodluck everyone. My brother in law is out for his first morning sit of the year. Really hoping he gets a crack at a nice buck. Im hoping to see some deer.

    My bil came over with his son. First time out for them this year, and im in with my son in a stand we havent tried yet. Hope somebody sees some deer.

    Nothing seen by me. Checked cams on the way out, lots of does as usual and got a pic of a nice buck finally. Hoping with all these doe the rut by me should b a good one.

    My father went years ago. Brought a black powder pistol so it would be more challenging. He never shot anything because it was a joke.
