Cabin fever is never good for my wallet... and this forum doesn't help either. I even ordered another watch yesterday - luckily it was for about 5% of what @The Jerkman is looking to spend.

I was also watching a beautiful Schrade Loveless that I didn't want to go past $125 on. (Sold for $152.50 plus $10 shipping) I might regret that one.

I'v got half a dozen fillet knives, but my favorite for filleting fish and trimming venison is an old browning with a slightly rounded point and a rubber handle. Well I lost that knife over the summer and I was mad when I couldn't find a new one anywhere online or in stores. We are spoiled these days and can usually get anything with the click of a mouse. I'v since found mine (passenger door console), but I also just grabbed a backup off eBay for $15. Thank you eBay!!

We did some hiking in Mendon Ponds Park today and saw dozens of deer. They were barely fazed by the baby screaming “DEEER!” every time we saw them. Mostly does/antlerless, but did see a few small bucks, and some giant footprints. -
I’m doing a dozen homemade pizzas (prosciutto arugula, buffalo chicken and neopolitan). Guests are bringing 7 layer dip, guacamole, pico de gallo, salad and Mac and cheese. (Who was I to turn down mac and cheese!)

Cooked the venison on cast iron then made simple pan sauce with butter and vermouth

I saw the price after I posted... $93,700. Yikes. I have a couple watches but I rarely wear them. For my wedding I got an engraved tie clip and a Rock River Arms AR. (I was only allowed to wear one to church)

Enjoy these days! And take advantage of our current technology... me and my wife are always taking short 5-10 second videos of the baby with our phones. I can't tell you the number of time we've sat around and scrolled through the videos to relive those moments. Baby Plav is just over a year and a half old and its incredible how much shes changed in that short time.

I'm sure they add in some additional "drama". Hell, if a camera crew followed my hunts there would be lots of days of very boring footage.

The two Superbowls wins are huge. Looks at Matt Ryan, hes got similar stats to Eli, and will eventually be considered for HOF in the same way. The biggest knock on him will be the lack of Superbowls wins.
