Moho81 replied to LET EM GROW's topic in ATV's , UTV's, Dirtbikes & Snowmobiles
I have a couple of friends that run Polaris Rangers and honestly both they and I where impressed with how well they functioned on the same trails that we run our ATV's on. I know you said your not a Polaris fan but they are the only SxS that I have experience with. -

WALMART!!!! Are you freeking crazy, walmart is normally a 50/50 chance of bringing home a disease on a good day pre-COVID19 -

Happy Birthday! @crappyice beat me to the Non Typical birthday line so now I have nothing witty to say.

Cool Picks! I cant believe that young buck is still holding on that's wild. I just set up to cameras over the weekend and I will probably leave them out there untouched until summer.

And you responded exactly how I expected. Thank you for not disappointing

Hey @Red thinking about you, your Wife and family hoping for the best outcome. Let us know the test results when you find out and have a chance. Also let us know if you need anything.

I'd have to imagine they are bored and catching up on paper work that they normally don't have time for. Your annual DOT physical is a pretty good yearly check up but I would still do yearly blood work. I never use to go to the doctor unless I was sick but now we get a 10% reduction in health care cost's if we do a yearly health screening and doctor visit. They make it very easy to do and it's free so why not save 10%. With that said there is no way in hell I'd be going into a doctors office right now unless I was about to die. Heck I'm not even going to my normal Chiropractor visits until this is over.

All plans are up in the air for us. Camping was suppose to happen on Mother's Day Weekend as well as Memorial Day Weekend and 2 weeks after that. Mid August we are suppose to go on a big family vacation to Virginia Beach I'm staying positive and saying we will still be going on that. The last trip of the year is Labor Day Camping and I would hope that we can still do that.

Just bumping this to the top. It's hard to gauge how long this will go on for so if you are in need of something post it up on this thread and the good men and women of HNY will be there for you.

I ordered from SWFA on March 26th, just some .22LR and 308ACP. On April 8th I emailed customer service to inquire about my order because I had yet to hear anything and surprisingly got a response within a couple of hours. The hold up was the 308 that was in stock when I ordered it now was out of stock so they where holding the order. They immediately offered to send the .22lr with no additional shipping charges and when the 308 gets in they will send that out right away. The .22lr should arrive tomorrow according to the tracking number. I wish they would have let me know the 308 was out of stock instead of letting me wait and contact them myself but in the end the took care of the problem at no extra charge to me. I get that all these places are incredibly busy right now so I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. They had competitive pricing and lower shipping cost's based on a few other on-ine retailers.

They got rid of that stipulation thankfully. You now get your permit and do not have a time table to buy a gun which is nice because you spend a fair amount of money on the permit process itself then to only have 6 months to potentially spend another $300+

I didn't hear about any power outages in the area and I didn't see any down trees anywhere. -

Sir, YES SIR! Seriously though, once we are through all this I'd be happy to pop over and take a look at it and let you know if you are even close to being able to do it.

The beds where new last year and they where started with bagged soil made for raised beds. I don't remember the brand name but it was from a local place. So if I understand you correctly just top the beds off with the mushroom compost and they should be good to go?
-
For those of you that have raised garden beds or boxes do you add anything at the beginning of the year to boost the nutrients in the soil?

Cut just a small portion of the lawn before it got to high. It’s always grows a lot faster in that area. Good news though my oldest can reach the controls on the mower now so I might not have to mow much this year! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
