They can use my lawn as well if they’d like.... For the before picture Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I had my first ever gun stolen out of the trunk of my car the day before opening day. A 20ga Remmy 870. It was the first gun I had taken a deer with. Sure do wish I still had it. Other than that I’ve never sold a gun. Not that I have a lot but I’ve never seen the point. I figured I’d need them all soon or later. I hung onto a 30-.06 even though I didn’t have a need for it until this year probably 12 or so years after I won it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I almost bought that one the other day but didn't think I'd like it. Whats it taste like?

I'll give you that a mass shooting situation could happen as you described and yes cover fire could be used to escape but I would have to put the percentage very very low of it ever happening like a 1% chance. The problem I see is more than likely you would be with non military trained people and getting them up to run while you lay down cover fire would be slim to none. They would more than likely be frozen in fear and unwilling to move. Now if its you and say your spouse or child yeah OK I can see them escaping with you as they would have faith in you and would trust your judgement that this is the only way out. Again its 1% chance of it ever happening I still say if the argument for this devise if "cover fire" there needs to be a better argument.

Sorry @squirrelwhisperer but I agree with her and Belo!!!!! Lol -
Cover Fire? Outside of our Military fighting overseas and maybe the occasional SWAT team here state side( I think this is even a stretch) do you really think that you will ever have to lay down some cover fire? I can not picture in my mind a single time that as an individual one would have to lay down some cover fire. It's absurd. Now I don't want to see this device banned because I am with the majority here and say if they start with this whats next to get banned and when does it end. I just think if your argument to keep this is "cover fire" you better get a better argument.

I noticed my grass is already growing I'm sure I'll have to cut it soon. This is the worst!!!!!

I agree with that. Probably the front runner would be the M+P Shield. Springfield XD series is also pretty good. The good/bad thing is right now gun prices are a bit high and this is a want vs. a need so I can wait it out to purchase a different 9mm. I'll continue to look for that SR9 though.
-
Copy that, Staying away from that purchase.

Yes the entire SR series has been discontinued its being replaced with the American series. The American Series is suppose to be a big upgrade over the SR Series. In my search for a SR9 I have seen a lot of SR22's available but that probably wont last long.

Absolutely wild that first video is! Unsanitary doesn’t even begin to describe it. And what their obsession with jamming sticks up dead animals orifice? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The gun I’m really looking for is a Ruger SR9 with the stainless slide. I fell in love with that gun a couple of years ago and they just recently stopped making it so it’s getting hard to find and of course now I have some play money to spend on it. The gun I spotted on gunbroker is an Honor Defense Honor Guard HG9SC. They are a pretty new company. Veteran owned and all American made parts. From what I’ve read they had some issue when they first started out but have since figured those issues out and they really make a nice gun. I have a friend that purchased one about a year ago and he’s had no issues with it and he puts a lot of ammo through his guns. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I did a search here on the forum and it seems a lot of you guys have used gunbroker.com with great success. I've been browsing that site for a specific gun and stumbled upon a different gun at a great price. Only thing that has me a bit worried is the seller has only 5 reviews and they are all from the same person all in January of 2020 and the seller only has 9 listings right now all of the same make and model of gun (different serial numbers). I would think gunbroker.com checks the sellers out so it's not as wild as say ebay but maybe they don't. They do have a buyers protection plan but it's a $100 deductible and the gun I'm looking at is only $250 so I would only get $150 back and be out $100. What are your thoughts?

Now I am curious what would a few of those situations be? I am not being sarcastic. Looking to maybe learn something.

I have never until just recently but its in my jacket pocket so if I really need it I better have my jacket on and I better find some cover in order to change it out.
