  1. We use a variety of cameras but have settled on Browning as the camera of choice for non-cells. Living a couple hours away it makes the scouting tough but we've been hunting this same area for about 10 years so we know a few spots. By the way all the video is from public lands.
  2. Finally got most of my cameras out of the Big Woods on public land. Looks like there is plenty of potential for next year if they make it; which is always the question in the Adirondacks.
  3. Despite what it seemed like the Winter Severity Index, which measures number of days when the low temperature is below zero or the snow depth is greater than 18", shows this past winter in the mild range. The chart uses data from Indian Lake since 2000.
  4. We got out and checked some cameras in the Big Woods and had this guy on video... nice 8 with no brow tines. I slowed the video down for a better look so hopefully it plays. Classic Adirondack buck Big Buck Slow Motion.m4vBig Buck Slow Motion.m4v
  5. I got all of these off one camera. Had a total of 7 different bucks in a two week period (5 largest attached). Never would of guess that so many different bucks would pass by one spot in the ADK. Makes me wonder how far they travel.
