    So happy Iowa and Fran McCaffery lost ,when I was a lineman and he was at Siena in Loudonville he cursed me out when we were trying to fix the power lines down in the easement after a winter storm. Very arrogant and pompous attitude. See ya later go Richmond

    Living two hours and 144 miles from camp will be costly but surely won't stop me . My truck will be parked in garage except for towing the camper it won't see camp this year . I bought a utility trailer for my Honda pilot to tow atv to camp. We all survived the ammo shortage during this past hunting season I'm sure we'll all survive the gas hike too . I asked myself what would it take to miss a hunting season, I still don't know the answer

    This T/C divestiture as part of a “broader strategic plan” by Smith & Wesson to focus on its core S&W brands. So soon Thompson/Center rifles, muzzleloaders, and single-shot pistols will no longer be produced by Smith and Wesson

    I would never buy a camera that uses D batteries. With today's technology I won't buy one unless it uses double A .

    I think you nailed it ..Guess that is why I'm suprised the majority of hunting rifles are bolts and not semi.

    For hunting purposes both will work , free hand not many can get 3 shot in a quarter let alone a nickle. Target shooting whole different discussion. Just my two cents.

    I use a mini 30 about 90% of rifle season, although not a big caliber I've only needed a second quick shot once . I know they say bolts are more accurate but man how much more .......

    I've heard cheaper to build by buying upper and lowers on line but I haven't done so myself. Ar's are not my expertise

    If gas prices stay this high or higher come fall driving 2hrs to camp every weekend is going to hurt .
