I think we can all agree gun violence and shootings needs to stop. But how can one sue the manufacturer of the gun that was used in such acts ? That is like me suing Ticonderoga pencils after my daughter writes the wrong answer on a test .

In the times union it says Cuomo also announced he would sign a bill — sponsored by Democratic Assemblywoman Patricia Fahy of Albany — making it easier to sue gun companies for violence perpetrated with their products. I've said it before guns don't kill people. People kill people .. I don't agree with suing manufacturers for such acts of madness or violence

Most small game and ducks to my 20g sears roebuck pump with poly choke on end of the barrel. Missed 3 nice bucks with that gun, all rookie mistakes not the guns fault its actually accurate on improved cylinder and rifle slugs First deer good ole mossberg 500 with 24in slugster smooth bore .

Junk is right Buckmaster7600.... I shot 6 rounds of wolf ammo in 94 and that was the last time I used it . All my girl gets is the good stuff!!!!

I've been using a ruger mini 30 rifle for gun season since my father bought it for my high-school graduation in 1994 . I have plenty of hunting ammo for it as I've always bought a box or two when I see it . For the life of me I can't figure out why all you see local or on line is the tula, wolf, brown bear, black bear what ever bear or red army ammo etc . All these are steel cased and dirtier then heck. I dont shoot any of that junk in my ruger. Just wonder why they are such readily available and the good stuff isn't . I've seen just about every hunting ammo caliber available on line a time or two except 7.62x39
