  1.  You did the shipping the last time, I don't mind  shipping them out this go around; if it's alright with you and the rest. That way, we know their shipped.

  2. So, each prize contributor will send prizes direct to the winners?
  3. So the bear was their Target. Should of Ames for a little better quality. Kohls.
  4. Drawing together about 8 to 10 prizes for the Whitetail Classic.

  5. Cornell says a yield of about 5% less in 30" rows verses 7 1/2". Precise seed depth and soil contact are more critical to yield. Do the deer prefer the wider row spacing?
  6. Pan fish are the best eating. I have some frozen in ice. I wrap them in foil and grill to perfection adding spices only to taste. Homemade tarter sauce to complement.
  7. Original rib implement tire size was most likely, 9.5 X 14, 6 or 8 ply. Rim width of 8". It looks like someone put car tires rims on it.
  8. Happy Birthday America. Continue the " Right To Bear Arms."
  9. Sell the box $110. Forget about the jarts, LOL..
  10. Nice deer. Looks like a great pasture forage for them. .
  11. Fresh cut up fruit on ice, always a hit. Very refreshing on these hot summer days. It's pricey and that's why nobody brings it.
  12. You keep snapping them, we'll keep enjoying them. I get pretty close to chucks too. Seems they pick out some colors better than others.Their quite keen on movement though and no doubt, scent.
  13. Just got five 150' rows of potatoes hilled before the sun reached over the trees and it got to hot. Still plenty of moisture couple inches down. Their growing well, but noticed a few potato beetles. Time to get the hot pepper spray mixed up.
  14. I took them on a Illinois deer hunt few years back. I give them to family. I think I got the better end of the deal, LOL. I run across any more, I'll let you know.
  15. Although the Long tractors failed when Escort Tractors of India pulled stakes and left this country overnight,( Montana Tractor bought what was left of the company and they failed.) Long Manufacturing is still in business mainly making front loader and loader attachments. Gearboxes on their UTB., Romania brands failed. Mainly because of poor heat treating. Their American branded equipment was good heavy equipment except their 3 point hitch plow.
  16. I was selling a set of Jarts in original box, at a flea market few years back. The manager made me put them away. Said they were illegal to sell.
  17. Now you know where to stick a camera, to verify.
  18. One person's junk in another person's treasure. Don't people throw away the nicest stuff? I picked a pair of nice cowboy boots that were made in America out of the trash and they fit perfect. I also got a nice 30 something flat screen tv that work perfect. I sold an old phonograph out of the trash for 40 bucks. Will I stop to make $ off the curb; hell yes.
  19. The rules for this one worked good. I can donate a few prizes, but would like others to help. We do need a contest coordinator however.
  20. It's more to it than that Doc, it hits a big way, his business. It's not bad enough that this state just keeps hitting existing business below the belt, but you try working with the New York DEC. ; and I'm talking more than hunting. You play by their rules and just when things are working , they go ahead a change the rules. Generate revenues and sets job security. This state is so dam corrupt, it stinks. (Aside for using a more fitting word.)Not sure if it's no different in any other state, but New York sure has the lead. Although I don't agree with FSW word choice style, I can relate to several good points brought up.
  21. Bear struck by a car on the 990 Thursday am. just past the North French Road exit. It then went into the French Road soccer complex. The bear wasn't immediately available for interview. Another, more expected bear sitting on Main Street in Attica Friday at 4 am.. That bear wouldn't comment either.
