    Oh yeah; my favorite being apple snickerdoodle with caramel drizzle on top, on the side with cinnamon ice cream.

    I have a dutch oven cast iron pot that has been through three generations It gets used a lot.. I also have a set ( like 5) of cast iron pans that was left by my car. I don't know what it is, but cooking in cast iron sure brings out the flavor in foods.

    Cut some of my red potato seed yesterday. In a week or so after they heal, be some early potatoes going in. Nothing has come up yet from plantings last week. Plenty of moisture in the ground. I expected to see lettuce and swiss chard surfacing.

    I use leeks for fishing bait. When the fish comes up to take a leek, I bop'em.

    On another note, wilderness just posted under Hunting Laws and Political section; NRA. has filed a lawsuit against New York State.

    We all have bad days Belo. We just don't take it out on perfectly good human beings on a hunting forum.

    I give this eighth grader and his parents a hell of a lot of credit for standing up for what they believe in. Takes real guts and courage to take on and fight for what you deem right. Something schools aren't teaching, these days.

    Without growalot on board, this subject has been lean as of late.Took the rice tires off finally. Plowed a mass of green manure down today. Going to summer fallow some acreage for a nice radish oat mixture late July. Also got the pumpkin land turned under for June planting. Wheat doing very well with some clover seedlings starting to show. Cherry blossoms are past peak. Some varieties of apples are in blossom . Spies and Cortland are out. Pear tree blossoms are swelled, but not open yet. Looks like the start of a good growing season here,

    Garden plowed yesterday and worked today. I just got some sweet yellow and white onions bulbs planted. Short row of radish, lettuce, swiss chard, and beets. I can't wait to start harvesting. Little early for the potatoes, few pepper and Arctic tomato plants yet. Hows everyone else doing?

    Being Attorney General. representing the State of New York; a strong supporter of SAFE. Act, his guns should have been handed over to the state police. New York should have stepped in to confiscate, otherwise.

    I had most of my metal posted signs stolen. They sell them for good money. Paper much cheaper to replace.

    A lot of posted signs on flea markets these days. Vintage metal ones are bringing $15.

    Hunted turkey in our noise bleed stand. I like it because of the visibility. Hens and jakes would walk right by, looking up at me from side of their head. Toms, a little more smarter; kept their distance. Step ladder stand maybe 8 feet off the ground and have had several turkey fly over my head out of the thickets. Something scares them in there. Keep in mind, the angle of your shot, which changes more than I though with a miss.

    Co Ed Scouts of America. Throw the cookies and popcorn are in together but, add brownie's to the mix. Times; their a changing.
