Looks like the gun control freaks will brake the law to try and prove a point. This information is a lie. I guess they will use any tactics to stop people from owning a gun. This video proves that. They let people without handgun licenses handle a handgun in NYC. And it was proven Adam Lanza did not use the assault weapon that was found in his vehicle, yet they put a tag on a gun saying it was his and how it killed over 20 people as a scare tactic, and these people believe them. I guess they feel lying is ok if it fits their agenda. They are loosing the battle so they are resorting to pathetic tactics to scare people away from guns. This video proves that. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/03/20/fake-gun-video_n_6911274.html

he U.N. Resolution 2117 lists 21 points dealing with firearms control, but perhaps of most interest is point number 11: “CALLS FOR MEMBER STATES TO SUPPORT WEAPONS COLLECTION, DISARMAMENT ---” HOORAY - 53-46 vote - The U.S. Senate voted against the U.N. Now, Which 46 Senators Voted to Destroy Us? Well, let their names become known !! See below... In a 53-46 vote, the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms T...rade Treaty. The Statement of Purpose from the Bill reads: "To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty." The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. and had language that would have implemented aninternational gun registry, now get this, on all private guns and ammo. Astonishingly, 46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power. Here are the 46 senators who voted to give your rights to the U.N.: Baldwin (D-WI) Baucus (D-MT) Bennett (D-CO) Blumenthal (D-CT) Boxer (D-CA) Brown (D-OH) Cantwell (D-WA) Cardin (D-MD) Carper (D-DE) Casey (D-PA) Coons (D-DE) Cowan (D-MA) Durbin (D-IL)j Feinstein (D-CA) Franken (D-MN) Gillibrand (D-NY) Harkin (D-IA) Hirono (D-HI) Johnson (D-SD) Kaine (D-VA) King (I-ME) Klobuchar (D-MN) Landrieu (D-LA) Leahy (D-VT) Levin (D-MI) McCaskill (D-MO) Menendez (D-NJ) Merkley (D-OR) Mikulski (D-MD) Murphy (D-CT) Murray (D-WA) Nelson (D-FL) Reed (D-RI) Reid (D-NV) Rockefeller (D-WV) Sanders (I-VT) Schatz (D-HI) Schumer (D-NY) Shaheen (D-NH) Stabenow (D-MI) Udall (D-CO) Udall (D-NM) Warner (D-VA) Warren (D-MA) Whitehouse (D-RI) Wyden (D-OR) Folks: This needs to go viral. These Senators voted to let the UN take OUR guns. They need to lose their next election. We have been betrayed. 46 Senators Voted to Give your 2nd Amendment Constitutional Rights to the U.N.

NY SAFE Resolutions | Documenting County and Town resolutions on the NY SAFE act The growing list of counties officially opposing the NYS SAFE act 50+ counties taking action! - AR15.Com Mobile above are a couple links for information regarding various counties that have voted on and passed resolutions opposing the (gun control) NY SAFE Act that turned to law back in January. still some NY counties that haven't pass a resolution. if you live close to or know of anyone that does live near one of these counties, then support a resolution to pass in any legitimate way you can. then when the whole map is covered in green except NYC, then spread all around! If you know of other related links for resolution status or related updates post it in here. If someone else started a better thread then let me know and I'll post stuff in there. Thanks for the support!

We talk about impeaching people and voting people out of office but we are not being realistic. It's not that easy. The problem isn't with Cuomo or Obama, its with the voters. I understand Cuomo is still very popular with a 70% approval rating. We are not going to get him impeached over the SAFE act. People like Cuomo and Obama are slick spin experts who know how to look good and get votes. They will do or say anything to garner votes. They are pros! The problem is our ever more non-thinking ever-more government dependent electorate who can't see past it all. We have been losing the culture war. I would like to quote Laura Hollis who I recently heard speak: "Our largest primary social institutions - education, the media, Hollywood (entertainment) have become nothing more than an assembly line for cranking out reliable little Leftists. Futhermore, we have allowed the government to undermine the institutions that instill good character - marriage, the family, communities, schools, our churches." If we don't reclaim the family their is no hope and we all lose. For instance, take the inner cities where the leftist's like Cuomo get their most votes. Marriage is infrequent and unwed motherhood approches 80%. That trend is increasing even in the suburbs and rural areas. The best thing we can all do is to set an example and influence those around us especially our families. Strengthen the family and reverse the trends. It won't happen overnight but it is the only thing that will save us. I'm not saying not to write our elected officials, school admistrators and the media, but to really make a difference, we need to teach our children, grandchildren and friends not only about wisdom of the Second Amendment and the Constitution but we also need to teach them about the truth about character, respect for life, respect for others, and personal responsibility.

If we refuse to purchase hunting/ fishing licenses for this year or however long it takes we will get our point across we can hit the state and our elected officials where it hurts in the wallet. DEC would not be able to operate as it now does the sting would eventually be felt everywhere. It's not only the license fees but also all of the lost revenue to both major retailers and local business if we all skipped NY hunting season. I'll hunt in Pa or Some other state. If a significant number of us did this in protest of these draconian gun laws it might just work. It's better than just complaining.
