My husband has been fishing for years, she said, "but I've only taken the sport upin the last year or so as I've been empty nesting and finally had moretime to spend with him and get into this sport."

Kathryn Jahn holds up a nice 7.5-pound rainbow trout she caught on Owasco Lake on July 7.

She wrote: "My husband has been fishing for years, but I've only taken the sport up

in the last year or so (as I've been empty nesting and finally had more

time to spend with him and get into this sport!) and this was a great

catch. I took it with a spoon."
