Cody McDougall, 13, of Fulton, holds up an impressive, 41-inch, chinook salmon he caught recently on the Salmon River.

His grandmother, Florence McDougall, who sent in the photo, said the fish weighed 34 pounds.

"It put up a good fight," she said.
