He shot the 8 pointer in the town of Palermo.

James N. Delamater got this 8- point, 190-pound (dressed) buck with his bow.

It was his was his first buck with a bow and arrow. He took the shot in town of Palermo in Oswego County on Oct. 28 at around 5 p.m.

Editor's note: There's something really neat this pic. The lighted window in the background gives it a sort of Halloweenish look. Meanwhile, congrats on your first bow buck!
