Gov. Cuomo is going to bat for New York's anglers who fish for flounder and is threatening legal action if federal officials don't cut this state's anglers more slack. "New York State officials visited Montauk on Thursday morning to send a clear message to federal officials: Change summer flounder quotas or we'll sue.
