The Central New York Mycological Club, a group that focuses on collecting and eating wild mushrooms, has its last group trip or 'foray' scheduled for the year at 1 p.m. Sunday at Mexico Point in Mexico (Oswego County). Some wild mushrooms are poisonous. The club teams experienced pickers with beginners to learn which mushrooms are good and which to avoid. The Central New York Mycological Society meets the third Monday of every month in Room 127 in Illick Hall at SUNY ESF. Annual dues are $10.
