Syracuse.com - Annual ski swap/new ski sale set for this weekend at NYS Fairgrounds

Admission is free. The sale is set for 5 to 9 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Temperatures are dropping in Central New York lately, but the full blast of wintry weather is still more than a month away.

Those who ski, snowboard or cross country ski can get a headstart on the season by attending the Annual New York State Fair Annual Ski Swap and New Ski Sale set for this weekend.

The event includes the sale of ski-related goods, new and used, with more than 2,000 pieces of used ski and snowboard equipment. The event will also include new and pre-owned clothing, helmets and cross country gear from individuals and ski shops consignments,.
