Syracuse.com - Outdoors sportsman's show scheduled at the Oncenter

This show premiered last year and returns with a National Wild Turkey Federation-sanctioned turkey calling contest, the CNY Ice Fishing Expo and, a "Wolves of the World" exhibit, among other offerings.

The New York Sportsman's Show kicks off Friday morning at the Oncenter in Syracuse and continues through Sunday evening.

An informational forum on New York's SAFE Act is set for 3 p.m. in the Oncenter's ballroom. Learn how New York's new gun laws will affect you.

Hours of the show are noon to 8 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. For more, see the event's website.
