Meat Manager
I've decided to try Milorganite as a temporary deer deterrent on my fall plots, but I was thinking of doing it a little differently. I was thinking of storing my regular 13-13-13 pellet fert with a ratio of Milorganite and then after several days broadcast the mixed fertilizer. I'm planning this for 2 reasons... 1. I want more nutrients than Milorganite provides. 2. I am hoping the deer repelling fragrance of the Milorganite will be infused into the 13-13-13 and thus increase the volume of unfavorable odors. I'll keep this and my plot log posted with progress. Here is a log of my plot progress thus far this season: http://huntingny.com/forums/index.php?/topic/22241-First-Plots Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Edited July 9, 2014 by Meat Manager
