I have a 1995 or 96 outboard for sale,tiller control, electric and pull start. good shape, fairly low hours( its been hanging on my uncles garage wall for awhile, the other motor he had started right up, minor skeg damage) 2 new props looking for $800 located in Sullivan county NY.
