I have original receipts from all 3 items. Each were bought in 2012 from Raymour & Flanigan. I will have to look up the dimensions on the Sofa/Chair and what I paid later. I believe I paid around $1200 for the soda, $700 for chair, and $600 for dining room set. All before tax/delivery/etc.

 

Condition:

 

The chair is pretty close to mint and barely broken in.

 

The sofa is broken in and has some cat scratches, but not any actual rips/tears or holes.

 

The dining room table is mint.

The dining room chairs aren't in great condition. They are faux leather and have a bunch of cat scratches in them.
