Western NY 2016 Lease

Hello All,

Looking to lease some property for 2016 full year. Spring turkey through deer season. Looking for 30+ acres a max of 1.5 hours from Buffalo NY. Most likely just myself possibly one other guy if I can talk him into splitting the cost. Just bow and shotgun, no rifle. Respectful hunters, always following the rules the land owners have in place and obviously all regs. Lost my normal hunting area due to owner sale...it happens I guess. Let me know if you have anything available. Would like to meet in person if able just to introduce myself. Long term lease always an option if it works out.

 I have 30 some odd acres in Eden with great access. Asking less than $500/ yr. West side of road which works great for getting in and out without getting busted. If serious please call me. 864-1376. Good road and always deer. To busy with younger kids and only hunting 2 of my pieces this year. If you like it we can do a long term lease.
