Hey all.  New to the forum, been hunting NY state since I was a child (Oneonta & Goshen).

I am looking to purchase some property in the Roscoe area, zone 4W.  Im just trying to get a feel for the area.  How is the hunting?  How is the herd?  I did some research and noticed that doe permits are hard to come by in 4W. 

Any info would be a great help.
