I'd like hear from folks who've eaten possum, raccoon, turtle, woodchucks -- even crow. If I get enough, I plan to assemble a story with everyone's responses.

I put the word out recently and I got more than a half dozen responses from folks who've eaten squirrels, bullfrogs - even muskrats.
