Scott Manning, of Fairmount, holds up a nice smallmouth bass he caught Nov. 6 on the Seneca River, near near Onondaga lake. "The water is cooling off, but the fish are still eating. My brother and I caught them good that day," he wrote. Manning also sent another photo of another smallie he caught on Onondaga Lake recently.
