Check it out, but it's pretty graphic. It leaves nothing to the imagination. Be forewarned!

This guy guts and cleans a deer in under three minutes. I don't know about it being the world's fastest job (that was the name of the video, which I pulled off YouTube), but it is pretty darn quick.

I'd probably cut myself up good trying something like this. This guy obviously knows how to handle a knife and hack saw. Be forewarned, it leaves nothing to the imagination and it is pretty graphic.
