The carpentry program at the Orleans Career Center in Medina is nearly finished with a turn-key hunting camp, ready to move onto your property. The cabin is 24'x12' with a 6' attached front porch. Cabin will be sold through a sealed bid process with minimum bid starting at or near $18,000. The starting bid price is the cost of the materials.
