what/where the heck is it

A few years ago I went to a shooting preserve to go bird hunting with my dog, It was off the taconic state parkway near salt point I think. Ayone know the name of it? Or where the closest one to westchester county is. I had no luck with the stocked birds this year and would really like to get the  dog  a bird or 3
