Yes i understand that he will get to do youth hunt weekend because he is still 15 but Nov 9 when he turns 16 do you think they will make him re up and buy different license?He all ready has doe tags and youth license

Curious on something folks If i am going in the woods or even on my own property to target shoot with pistol or rifle do i have to have my backtag on showing?Really would like to know.I would be you would have to have hunting license on you?

Well guys I went and bought a Savage model 111 30.06 with a Simmons scope with the accu trigger.I have not shot it because of my 84 per hr work week schedule and we got damn mosquitos so bad they will devour you but I really like it.Really kind of torqued at Bass Pro because I have bought three guns there since Feb and they would not match Dicks Sporting goods across the street.Dicks sold me the exact same gun for 120.00 cheaper.Same finish scope everything.They didn't even want to come down at all.I guess no more guns going to be bought at bass.Pretty anxious to shoot the 30 06

Ok guys and gals I would like your input on this one because i have wondered about it for 30 plus years.I do some hunting on some state land about 35 min north of syracuse near Parish called Happy Valley.In all of those years i have never once seen a gray squirrel on that trac of land(i think about 1900 acres)I have seen numerous porcupines up there though.I have seen a few reds but not an extreme amount.I have a friend who has camp near Forestport(which i have never been there) who says no grays there either.Whats the deal???
