I wouldn't suggest shooting a field point at anything. It can leave you with an unsavory situation. G5 makes a mean looking small game head.

Actually have a funny story about a guy from I can only assume was from the city(or a city). Opening day of gun, a few years back, I'm hunting private property that boarders state land. My dad drops me off and I walk in on the private property and he drives to the other side of the state woods. He shoots a doe and I walk to him through the state woods to help him. As I'm walking I come across this man sitting on the ground. As I get his attention and walk over to him I notice a neatly stack pile of freshly bought apples (they had the stickers from the grocery store on them still) and the bag, from the store, is sitting next to the guy. He was sitting maybe 20 feet away with his rifle. He also had used a bottle of doe pee for aftershave. One of the funniest things I've seen in the woods.

In case you wanted an update on the last few pages.
-Upstate is the best and the city sucks if you live upstate.
-The city is the best and upstate sucks if you live in the city.
-If you live on the outskirts of the city, both the city and upstate are equally the best.
-No one upstate can cook a pizza
-Great Sushi chefs live and work close where the fish come in from the ocean.
- Rochester has good pizza but only one guy has claimed that.
-Saratoga is full of less then attractive women who put out on a regular basis. Most likely due to their low self esteem issues.
-There is not one ugly chick in the city.
-and now this topic has 16 pages of crap.

Yea it's not growing back, they cut it about 1/2 inch off the ground. I'm not sure why I even asked. Hopefully they plant something else the deer like. Lol

No you can have your local bow shop put them on. It is a whole set. My shop will put them on for $40 others I talked to charge between $ 60-80 to put them on.

No problem! I haven't been up there since like 2006, but when I was the fishing on Ballston Lake was pretty good. Partied many a nights in Saratoga. The local girls up there are nothing to look at, but always eager to please the city boys. Maybe they were hoping for a way out?
When DMB plays up there, there's usually a lot more better looking girls in the area.
Really man? Just shut up already. So far you've made a statement about how my daughter will go through a sloot phase and now my fiancé is not good looking because she's from toga? Dude just shut up. I was giving you the benefit of doubt that you just made one stupid comment but you really are just a jerk.

Just ordered a set of new bow strings from korbinsarchery.com he is having a sale for $45.00 a set. It's a very good price if you've been looking for strings. I haven't used his strings yet but I've read good things on archery talk.

Ok, the details are set. After a lot of negotiation, Doewhacker and I will be fighting each other in the parking lot of Good Times Restaurant on the shores of Ballston Lake.
The fight will be Labor Day Weekend, best of 3 format. We will fight Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (if necessary).
If Doewhacker wins, I will promise not to "breed".
If I win, I get his only source of transportation (pic attached).
Good Luck training DW, try ensure.
That's 5 minutes from where I work. Ill bring some popcorn.

It's been made a point that the city folks seems to be problematic and Biz is simply defending that fact. Some of you "upstaters" seem to think you're better than others. A mentality I've seen here over and over again. There's a reason why there's millions of people in NYC, because YOUR daughters want to come down here!
I was simply making a point to lump people together. I don't have a problem with most from the city. I've been there a lot and have many friends from the city. Don't make a general statement about all pretty girls are sluts at some point or all guys from the city are DBs and expect no one to get mad or say something back to you.
Witty, so far you have been civil and my qualms are not with you, unless you want some of this.
Appreciate the level headed discussions you bring to the table and I see where you are coming from.
The last thing I'll say is there is a time and place for everything. This is obviously not the place to talk about anyone's daughter (or everyone's, or most of everyone's) in a way that can be seen as negative, attacking or hurtful. There are women on this site, everyone here has a mom, sister or daughter, don't disrespect them. Learn from a mistake and grow as a person, no ones perfect. We are all here because we have a few things in common, outside of those things we are all very different people. Learn from each other.

But you're the one who said it. I didn't say I didn't agree either, you just don't talk about it. I blame your parents anyway, they apparently didn't teach you if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything. Makes me wonder what else they didn't teach you.

Doesn't really need to be a "hey Witt your daughters a slut" it can be a generalization and still piss me off. You guys need to grow up. Us dads aren't stupid, we know what happens but I just don't need some city DB telling me all girls are sluts. There was no need for the comment to begin with.

I don't know anybody's daughter from this site. My statement was based on my observations and many people agree. Disagree all you want, that's your choice.

We had someone hit a sow the next road over from me in Ballston spa. I rather enjoy hunting in an area where I am the biggest thing in the woods, not sure how I feel about them moving in.
