  1. Boy it has not been a good week for Chevy trucks

I lost a wheel bearing coming home from work the other night in my 04 Avalanche almost losing the wheel & crashing the truck no warnings or noises just one loud crunch & I was holding on for the ride. While truck was in the shop My father gave me his 04 Silverado to use well last night on the way home it blew a head gasket with only 65,000 miles but like BigPaul this Silverado spent most of it's life plowing NH winters & has cancer pretty bad. Lots of parts replaced due to rot but it has never left him stranded either & made it home chucking a large white plume of smoke so he goes in next week they are going to put a stint in the Silverado's heart & hopefully not have to suggest a heart transplant because he will just have to pull the plug

  2. I can't find the E-Mail but I was told by DEC a couple years ago the only rage illegal in NY were the 3 blades

also on the list were the G5 Havocs which I had bought a few days before still have them never used them. I found the locking mechanism to be a pita

  3. I thought so I looked it up & still booked for around $4,000
it does need a new seat the locking posts are broke off but replaced with bolts i used epoxy to hold to the seat & seems to be holding for now (seat would not stay latched) & I need to look at the Diff lock as it does not engage but I have not even found where I needed it yet

  4. Ants the brute force will wheely now that I took the stock tires off it. All it wanted to do is burn the rears off  but just doesn't feel right. not like my sport wheelers did. you could wheely them all day long. These big cc engine machines are killer work horses though

I know I will get ragged on but I am actually looking forward to plowing snow this year
