    They used to be stopping and feeding in this little clear spot. It always has at least one little puddle, so I think they also drink. Camera has been on it for a month. They seem to be only passing through now, and fewer of them. Only does now. I might rethink my morning plans. Saw one doe who saw me preparing to climb down. First sit of the season though.     I'd just gotten comfy in a stand I had not sit yet this year. Button...then young doe... then her 8 point date shows up from the opposite direction. All behind me. Tons of brush. Few openings.     No signal where I hunt. So a late update from the apple tree deer disco. Bruiser with 2 broken tunes and a nice long old tear in his ear. 30 yards with crossbow. Double lung. Went 65 yards.     lol I just shot a hole in my ground blind. Buck stared at me forever. Caught me at half draw. Turned back the way he came but then came back again. My hat shifted and covered my anchor point. Tried to move it with my thumb while at full draw and accidentally hit the trigger. What a dumb ass. Screwed up my second chance. Made a hell of a sound. [emoji21] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
