Don't know how your home is laid out but bullet-pellet traps are not too expensive and setup properly in a basement can provide more comfortable conditions so you can do some indoor shooting-practice in the winter when it is bitter outside.
I have one that that is good for any 17 or 22 rimfire firearm but I use it only for airguns and it works perfectly. I make sure I have it sitting in front of a good backstop just in case of a miss, a big cardboard box full of old newspapers works good.

we have a pellet trap. what else ya got. she is pretty tough, she never complained at all. Actually for as much as my hands were wiping snow off of her and setting targets, my hands were the ones to get cold. so when i started to whine she said lets go.

Bought this for the wife. she asked me if she could go hunting for squirrels with me. Now without very much trigger time i thought I would get her this. Its the Umarex Trevox , a break action single shot with a seven inch barrel.I chronographed it at 496 fps. I bought one tin of pellets that seem to group ok at ten yards, roughly about an inch. Yesterday we put about a hundred shots through it yesterday to get it sighted in and send a bunch through it for the break in period. today i got a bug in my ass and had to get to the woods. the big question was is she going to go with me when its 4 degrees outside. well she got her bibs on and off we went. So off hand I let her loose on some tin cans I brought with me. i kept hearing the sound of pellets hitting cans. Oh boy shes off to a good start.the red thing hanging off of her was a holder that i made for waterbottles for my dogs. It works great as an 18 inch gun holster.

could this Ar just be a money grab?. The guy called the cops on himself .Why do they give a hunting license to an idiot? That guy likes his whoopins. Ya know every guy likes to shoot a big buck, and some guys need to shoot big bucks for some reason or another. I got my mounts on the wall, I got nothing to prove and dont need to be a hero/ frozen hero. Nore would I call the cops to give me a ticket and take my deer. I do however hate to eat beef, that shit just tastes bad to me and the wife. Would I vote for antler restrictions absolutely not.There are enough people propagating big bucks on private land. you do what gives you a warm fuzzy fealing and leave the people out of it who just cant stand the taste of USDA prime choice beef crap. Notice how they are not using their elbows as a point of contact. The elbow should be on the inside of the leg as this will give you tons more stability. This photo is the rifle team at MSU 1920's.

yup being on the ice is a blast. Ever since I bought the wife a pair of ice cleats we haven't been the ice is just crap. But pulling a nice perch through the hole just cant be beat.Ive cought crappie perch and northern pike. once i pulled out a monster largemouth , it was almost as long as my ice rod, big fat bastard run the line around the hole like it was a merry-go-round. Ice was flying every where thought i was going to lose it , estimated weight was around 8 pounds. looking forward to some hardwater fishing.

I listened to this guy once say pull the trigger like you were pulling a pencil to you. Always use the front pad of your finger. Now this can vary by weight of trigger, light trigger is more of the tip of the pad a heavier break weight i would shove a little more finger on the trigger closer to the first joint.As far as breathing goes you can go two ways with this. Exhale all the way then shoot or go with the half breath exhale. either way its going to take a lot of rounds to improve your muscle memory good luck.Practice practice. Length of pull is very important , the gun must fit you. I shot an expert score in the military and I give thanks to my dad for putting a gun in my hand at the ripe old age of 5.

i went in to get a cam and a blind yesterday the trees were all covered with ice and snow didnt see a thing moving. there are however a lot of deer tracks near the back of the field. Looks like I have a survivor on cam

stealing from the bills is like mugging a homeless man. its just practice. Hahahaha they suck and i get a bellybusting laugh every time they get beat and come up with those quick excuses as to why they lost. they lose because they suck.

i use the trutalker. i have called in more than one shooter buck. they have made it better than it used to be because they got rid of the rubber band adjustment and have given it raised edges so you always know where your finger is. it will do everything from bucks to a fawn distress call.

land is in short supply unless your the state . they have very large plots of land to hunt. and that's not going to change.If you want land to hunt well all i have to say is work for it . I have killed bucks in a few different state forests. never got shot and I now wear full camo every gun season "DOC". Thats not going to change. Wolc will tell you when your numbers is up it just that its up. orange is not going to help you. Keep the city folk in the city. that has to be about the stupidest thing I have read on here in a long time.Morons do exist santa. This is a great idea in theory but thats just it , something like this will never come to fruition.

Now its 1984 and your in a field full of snow tucked in real tight to a piece of farm equipment abandoned years ago and its five minutes past sunset and you have been watching this buck for twenty minutes because he just keeps getting closer every step.Lets remember ignorance of the law is not an excuse.Even if your speedometer is broke that cops gonna give it you when your speeding Now its only 45 yards away and he has stepped out into the open for a clear shot. We should have a pole to see how many people would lie and say they would not shoot and just walk away. I'll tell ya what i would have done.

im taking my bb gun to the woods. go Ralph. A Christmas story is my favorite. I feel like the neighbor in that movie with all the hounds. my dogs could tear up a christmas dinner in seconds. i have seen it with back straps. my one dog could breath meat and be just fine. he is sitting here right now with his nose six inches from my eggs and toast.
