Looking to lease 80+ acres within an hour or so of Farmington NY.

How much you figure an 80 acre lease in Ontario County is worth? Just deer, bow and gun?

I would like it for both bow and gun. How much depends on a lot of things. Lay of the land, will I have exclusive hunting rights, is it hardwoods, fields, a mixture of both? I would have to talk with the owner and see the property.

Not a lease. My hunting partner just purchased the farm to the north of his property. You would not believe what the fella who had been hunting it offered to be able to continue to hunt it. Crazy money. The answer was still no though. Nice fella, but we manage and hunt the properties.
