No it does not accept a choke. smooth bore for deer slugs.

So you have a slug barrel for slugs? and a smooth bore barrel for slugs? Didn't those 500's come with a bird barrel that excepts interchangeable chokes and a slug barrel?

One barrel is rifled to accept sabots, the other is smooth bore for regular slugs.

No bird barrel. It's mainly a deer gun.
