Double Post Errors on the site - Need some help spotting the error.

Can you guys let me know if you see any double post errors from now (8:33 PM) on? Trying to see what is causing it, and its a nightmare to track. I think it had to do with Tapatalk push notifications, which I just disabled for now.

It seems the site was hanging when posting a reply, so people think the post didn't go through when it actually did.
