Rocky Point (long island) October Seasonal Access

I never bow hunted Rocky Point but was thinking of trying it this month. I have hunted during shotgun season, but have a few questions regarding Bow:

1. How hard is it to get one of the seasonal parking spots during October? How early do you have to get there to get a spot?

2. Can you hunt any day of the week or is it just Saturdays?

3. How hard is it get a reservation during November?

I believe that in the month of October during bow season u do not need a reservation. Starting nov.1 u only need to report to rocky point check in daily. However, u do need a seasonal access permit to hunt which is good for 3 yrs. u can find it here. http://www.dec.ny.gov/docs/regions_pdf/newaccessprmt.pdf
